How to tie a Half Windsor Knot
1. It is best to start with the widest part of you tie on your right. Extend this a few centimetres below the narrow side.
2. Then, cross the wide end over the narrow, turning back underneath.
3. Bring the wide end up, then turn down through the loop, as show above.
4. From left to right, pass the wide end around the front.
5. Pull up through the loop.
6. You can then pull down through the knot at the front. Tighten as desired.
There you have it! a half windsor knot!
