POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
Full-Time Position
POSITION: Sales Assistant
PURPOSE: To Maximise sales, customer service and store presentation. To provide high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction. To personally achieve store budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Visual Merchandising; ensuring the store is clean, tidy and that overall store appearance is maintained.
- Stock Management; unpacking of stock, reporting discrepancies, transferring & receiving stock accurately.
- Personal Presentation; be presentable, maintain a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
- Meetings / Product Nights; attend monthly meetings / product nights at head office.

Store Manager Position
POSITION: Store Manager
PURPOSE: To maximise sales by achieving store budgets. Maintain staff motivation and customer service levels. Maintain store presentation according to company standards through effective leadership skills. Ensure all team members are trained and developed to its full potential. Control costs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales; achieving store budgets
- Staff Development and Training
- Administration; ensure all memos and newsletters are read and actioned by all staff including your casuals. Paperwork procedures followed according to company standards.
- Security; ensure you and your staff are aware of shrinkage results for the store. Theft control through correct management of stock procedures.
- Advertising, Promotions and Visual Merchandising; is responsible for setting up promotions in store, promote the store through relevant activities and advertising, regular merchandising of the store.
- Meetings / Product Nights; attend monthly meetings / product nights at head office.
